We are delighted to announce an upgrade to our telephone system from 4th April 2022.  This is an automated service which allows you to book, cancel and change an appointment.  This has the added benefit of freeing up the telephone lines and staff to deal with patients that need to speak to us.

We are open on an evening and a Saturday for Pre-booked nuring clinics as follows:

Monday 6:30pm- 8:00pm at Low Grange Health Village

Tuesday 6:30pm- 8:00pm at Low Grange Health Village AND Manor House

Wednesday 6:30pm- 8:00pm at Low Grange Health Village

Friday 6:30pm- 8:00pm at Low Grange Health Village

Saturday 9:00am- 5:00pm at Low Grange Health Village

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
